In this guide, I’m going to show you how to connect to a Risk f rain 2 server <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We have two <\/strong>ways to connect to a Server of Risk of Rain 2: via the Steam Client Server Browser<\/strong>, and via the in-game console.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n


Connect via Steam Client Server Browser<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Servers can be viewed in the Steam client\u2019s \u201cView -> Servers\u201d window.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Open steam view>servers and click favorites<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Add the server to steam<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Click add server and paste the IP address and port that you copied<\/p>\n\n\n\n

add your pz server to steam<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

after adding the server to steam you will see the server listed<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And now you can select and connect to your server.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Via Risk of Rain 2 In-Game Developer Console <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If you already know the IP, port, and password of a server, you can connect to it via the Risk of Rain 2 in-game developer console.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Open Risk of Rain 2 through Steam<\/li>
  2. Open the in-game developer console by pressing (Ctrl + Alt + `) at any time. \u00a0If the final key\u2014the grave accent key\u2014seems hard to find, worry not: it’s the key beneath the Escape key, immediately to the left of the number 1 on most common keyboards.<\/li>
  3. Join by submitting a console command in the following format, keeping all quotation marks intact:
    cl_password “XXXXX”; connect “YYYYY:ZZZZZ”;
    Replace \u201cXXXXX\u201d with the password, or leave it as \u201c\u201d if there is no password. Replace \u201cYYYYY\u201d with the server\u2019s IP address and \u201cZZZZZ\u201d with the server\u2019s port.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
