How to Set Up Admin on Your Astroneer Server
Configure the server owner, use the admin menu, and manage players on your Astroneer dedicated server.
Set the Server Owner
Stop the server from Console in the XGamingServer Panel.
Open Astro/Saved/Config/WindowsServer/AstroServerSettings.ini in Files. Set:
OwnerName=YourSteamNameSave and start from Console.
Admin Menu (In-Game)
The server owner has access to the admin menu in-game:
- Whitelist players — control who can join
- Kick / Ban — remove disruptive players
- Toggle creative mode — enable/disable for the server
- Save game — force an immediate save
