How to Connect to Your Astroneer Dedicated Server
How to join your Astroneer server via the in-game browser or direct IP connect.
Server Browser
- Launch Astroneer
- Click Co-op → Dedicated Servers
- Search for your server by name
- Click Join and enter the password if required
Direct Connect
- In the server browser, select Direct Connect
- Enter
IP:8777(your server IP and game port) - Click Connect
Find your IP on the XGamingServer Panel Dashboard.
Server Not Appearing?
| Issue | Fix |
|---|---|
| Not in browser | Set PublicIP to your external IP in config. Verify port 8777 (UDP) is open. |
| "Unable to connect" | Port must be UDP, not TCP. Check firewall. |
| Version mismatch | Update server and game to same version |
