In Engine.ini:

[OnlineSubsystemSteam]
ServerPassword=YourPassword

Leave blank for a public server. Restart after changing.

📝 Note: ServerPassword controls who can join. The AdminPassword in ServerSettings.ini is separate — it controls admin access.
