How to Change the World Mode on Your Core Keeper Server

How to switch between Normal, Hard, Creative, and Casual modes on your Core Keeper server.

Setting the World Mode

Via startup parameter:

-worldmode 0

Or in ServerConfig.json:

"worldMode": 0

Value	Mode	Description
0	Normal	Standard difficulty
1	Hard	Increased difficulty, harsher death penalties
2	Creative	Unlimited resources, building-focused
4	Casual	Easier difficulty, more forgiving

⚠️ You cannot convert between Creative and non-Creative worlds. Changing requires creating a new world on a different world slot.
