How to Wipe & Reinstall Your Factorio Server
How to reset your Factorio world or do a full server reinstall.
World Wipe
- Stop server
- Delete saves from the
saves/folder - Start — a new map generates (or create one with custom settings)
Full Reinstall
- Stop, delete all files, click Reinstall Server
⚠️ Back up
server-settings.json,mods/, and any saves you want to keep.
