In Files, download valve/server.cfg and the valve/addons/ folder.

Delete all and reinstall

Delete all files in Files. Click Reinstall Server on the Dashboard.

Restore

Upload backed-up config/addons. Restart.

Config-Only Reset

Delete server.cfg and restart — defaults apply.
