How to join your Half-Life 2: Deathmatch dedicated server via console or Steam server browser.
Console Connect
- Launch Half-Life 2: Deathmatch
- Open the console (
~key) - Type:
connect IP:PORT(e.g.,connect 192.168.1.100:27015)
Steam Server Browser
- In Steam → View → Game Servers → Favorites
- Click Add a Server → enter
IP:27015 - Select and Connect
