How To Reset Your Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord Server

Learn how to reset your Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord dedicated server to a fresh state.

Resetting your Bannerlord server removes all custom configurations and restores the server to its default state. This is useful if you want a clean start or if your server is experiencing issues.

⚠️ Warning: Resetting your server will delete all server files and configurations. This cannot be undone. Consider creating a backup first using Backups in the sidebar.

Open the XGamingServer Panel

Stop Your Server

Make sure your server is stopped before resetting.

Delete All Server Files

In the sidebar, click Files. Select all files and folders and delete them so the file manager is completely empty.

Reinstall the Server

On the Dashboard, find the Reinstall Server option and click it. Wait for the installation to complete.

Reconfigure Your Server

Once the reinstall finishes, go to Startup to set your server name, max players, and other settings before starting the server.
