# How To Change Your Nightingale Server Name (/docs/nightingale/change-server-name)

Your server name is displayed in the server browser and helps players identify your server. You can change it through the startup parameters.

    Make sure your server is **stopped** before making changes.

    In the sidebar, click **Startup**.

    Find the **Server Name** field and enter your desired server name.
