# How to Connect to Your Project Zomboid Server (/docs/project-zomboid/join-server)



In-Game Browser [#in-game-browser]

1. Launch PZ → **Online** → **Browse Servers**
2. Search by name
3. Click **Join**

Direct Connect [#direct-connect]

1. **Online** → **Connect** → enter `IP:16261`
2. Create a username and password on first connect (PZ has its own account system per-server)

Ports [#ports]
