How to Change Your TF2 Server Name
Set the hostname and tags displayed in the Team Fortress 2 server browser.
Open Startup
In the XGamingServer Panel, click Startup in the sidebar.
Set the Hostname
Find the Hostname field and enter your server name.
Restart
Restart from Console to apply.
Open server.cfg
In Files, open tf/cfg/server.cfg.
Set hostname and tags
hostname "My TF2 Server"
sv_tags "increased_maxplayers,alltalk"Tags help players filter your server in the browser.
Common Server Tags
