Joining Your The Forest Server

Connect to your The Forest dedicated server through the in-game multiplayer menu.

This guide will help you connect to your The Forest dedicated server.

Connecting To Your Server

Access the XGamingServer Panel and select your The Forest server. Copy the server IP address from the sidebar.

Launch The Forest on Steam and from the main menu, click Multiplayer.

Select Join Game and then click the Dedicated tab at the top to switch to the dedicated server list.

You can find your server by:

Server Browser: Search for your server name in the dedicated server list.
Direct Connect: If available, use the direct connect option and enter your server IP address.

If you have set a password, enter it when prompted.

💡 Tip: If your server does not appear in the browser, make sure it has finished starting up by checking the Console in the panel.
