How to Change Max Players on Your V Rising Server
Set the player limit and admin reserve slots on your V Rising dedicated server.
The default V Rising player limit is 40.
Stop your server
Go to Console in the XGamingServer Panel and stop the server.
Open ServerHostSettings.json
Click Files, navigate to VRisingServer_Data/StreamingAssets/Settings/ and open ServerHostSettings.json.
Change player limits
"MaxConnectedUsers": 40,
"MaxConnectedAdmins": 4| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
MaxConnectedUsers | Maximum regular player connections |
MaxConnectedAdmins | Extra slots reserved for admins beyond the max. Admins listed in adminlist.txt can join even when the server is full |
Save and start
Click Save Content and start from Console.
