Upload a Save File to Your Necesse Server
Learn how to find your local Necesse save file and upload it to your dedicated server.
This guide shows you how to find and upload an existing save to your Necesse server.
Finding Your Save File
Follow these steps to locate your local Necesse save file:
Windows:
Open the Save Folder
Press Windows Key + R and enter:
%userprofile%\AppData\Roaming\necesse\saves\worldsCopy Your Save
Copy the save.zip file you want to upload.
Linux: ~/.config/Necesse/saves/
MacOS: ~/Library/Application Support/Necesse/saves
Uploading Your Save
Stop Your Server
Log in to the XGamingServer panel and stop your server.
Upload the Save File
In the sidebar, go to Files. Navigate to /saves/worlds/ and upload your save.zip file.
Set the Save Name
In the sidebar, go to Startup and set Save Name to the name of your save.
Start Your Server
Start your server to load the uploaded save.
