Uploading pak0 Files to Your Quake 3 Arena Server
Upload the required pak0.pk3 game data files to your Quake 3 Arena dedicated server for maps, textures, and sounds.
Due to legal restrictions, server owners must supply their own pak0.pk3 files. These files contain essential game data like maps, textures, and sound effects.
You can find this file within your original Quake 3 Arena CD-ROM in the Quake3/baseq3 directory. Alternatively, you can purchase a legitimate copy of Quake 3 Arena from GOG and locate the pak0.pk3 file in the game directory after downloading.
