Connecting to a Team Fortress 2 Dedicated Server
Join your Team Fortress 2 dedicated server using the developer console or the Steam server browser.
Here is how to join your Team Fortress 2 server using the IP address.
Connecting Using the Console
Copy Your Server IP
Access the XGamingServer Panel and select your TF2 server. Copy the server IP address from the sidebar.
Open Team Fortress 2
Launch Team Fortress 2.
Connect via Console
Open the Developer Console (~), type connect followed by your copied server IP, and press Enter.
Connecting With The Steam Browser
Copy Your Server IP
Access the XGamingServer Panel and copy the server IP address from the sidebar.
Open the Steam Server Browser
Open Steam and at the top click View then Game Servers.
Add Your Server
Click Favorites and select Team Fortress 2 as the game. Click the Plus (+) icon and add your [ServerIP:Port].
Connect
Select your server and connect.
