Transfer a Local Save to Your Core Keeper Server
Transfer your local Core Keeper world save file to your dedicated server with this step-by-step guide.
This guide walks you through uploading an existing world save to your Core Keeper dedicated server.

⚠️ Warning: This will delete or overwrite any progress you have made on the server.
Locating Your Local Save File
Open Your Save Folder
Press Windows Key + R and enter:
%USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow\Pugstorm\Core Keeper\Steam\Find Your World File
Enter the folder with your Steam ID numbers, then navigate to worlds. Your save file is usually named 0.world.gzip if you only have one world.
💡 Tip: If you have multiple worlds, sort by date modified to find the one you are looking for.
Uploading Your Save to Your Server
Stop Your Server
Log in to the XGamingServer Panel and stop your Core Keeper server.
Navigate to the Worlds Folder
In the sidebar, go to Files. Navigate to /.config/unity3d/Pugstorm/CoreKeeper/DedicatedServer/worlds.
Upload Your Save File
Upload your local save file, replacing any existing files if necessary.
Set the World Index
In the sidebar, go to Startup and ensure the World Index matches the number of your uploaded world file (for example, 0 for 0.world.gzip).
Start Your Server
Start your Core Keeper server to load the uploaded world.
