Every Rust item has a blueprint cost: 75 scrap for tier 1 (stone hatchet, building plan, basic guns), 125 for tier 2 (workbench L2 items like MP5 body, semi-auto body), 250 for tier 3 (workbench L3 items like Bolt Action, Assault Rifle), and 500+ for end-game items like rockets and AK-47 schematics.
