Server Difficulty determines how many enemies are present, how aggressive they are, and how fast they react in combat on your Abiotic Factor server. Here is how to change it.
Changing Your Server Difficulty
Open the Startup Settings
Access the XGamingServer Panel and Stop your Abiotic Factor server. In the sidebar, go to Startup.
Select Your Difficulty
Under Basic, find the Game Difficulty setting and select your preferred option.
Restart Your Server
Restart your server to apply the changes.
Difficulty Options
| Difficulty | Description |
|---|---|
| Normal | Standard difficulty with dynamic scaling based on player count |
| Hard | Increased enemy presence, aggression, and reaction speed |
| Apocalyptic | Maximum enemy presence with highly aggressive behavior |
