# Support Tickets (/docs/panel-guides/support-tickets)



Need help? The support ticket system lets you contact the XGamingServer team directly from the panel.

Creating a Ticket [#creating-a-ticket]

1. Go to **Support** from the navigation menu
2. Click **New Ticket**
3. Select the appropriate department for your issue
4. Enter a subject and describe your problem in detail
5. Click **Submit**

> 💡 **Tip:** Include as much detail as possible — your server name, what you were doing when the issue occurred, and any error messages you saw. This helps the support team resolve your issue faster.

Viewing Your Tickets [#viewing-your-tickets]

Go to **Support** to see a list of all your tickets. Each ticket shows:

| Field            | Description                         |
| ---------------- | ----------------------------------- |
| **Subject**      | Your ticket title                   |
| **Department**   | The team handling your request      |
| **Status**       | Open, answered, or closed           |
| **Last Updated** | When the ticket was last replied to |

Click on a ticket to view the full conversation.

Replying to a Ticket [#replying-to-a-ticket]

1. Open the ticket
2. Type your reply in the message box
3. Click **Reply**

Closing a Ticket [#closing-a-ticket]

Once your issue is resolved:

1. Open the ticket
2. Click **Close Ticket**

You can always open a new ticket if the issue returns.
