Can I use these mods on a server?
Mods labelled Client + server or Server belong on the server. Client-only mods such as minimaps and shaders go only on each player's PC.
Why aren't libraries like Fabric API listed?
Libraries are dependencies rather than gameplay mods. Launchers add them automatically when a mod needs them.
