TNT Stacking & Mining Tips

Stack TNT for bigger explosions — lit TNT primed in the same tick chains, but they each have individual power 4. The combined effect is larger than a single block break radius but not a simple multiplication.
TNT mining for Ancient Debris: 1 TNT placed in a pre-dug 3-block-tall hole will reveal nearby Ancient Debris (BR 1200, so it survives). Most surrounding netherrack is cleared.
Bed mining (Nether): Respawn Anchor and Bed explosions have power 5.0 — strong enough to clear large areas. Beds explode when slept in outside the Overworld.
Obsidian defense: blast resistance 1200 makes it functionally indestructible to any single explosive. Only cumulative TNT cannons or Wither Skulls (which break obsidian over time) can chip through.
Water nullifies explosions: water and lava have BR 100, but more importantly, being submerged in water reduces explosion damage and prevents block breakage near the source.
