Whitelisting Admins With AllowedCheaterSteamIDs.txt

If you prefer automatic admin access without using the in-game console every time, you can whitelist players by their ARK ID.

Connect to your server and open the larger Console by pressing Tab twice. Type whoami in the console and copy your ARK ID.

Create the Whitelist File

Access the XGamingServer Panel and go to Files. Create the file AllowedCheaterSteamIDs.txt in the ShooterGame/Saved/ directory.

Add Player IDs

Add the ARK IDs of players you want to set as admin, one per line.

Restart Your Server

Restart your server to apply the whitelist.

💡 Tip: There is also an admin panel in-game. The command to open it is showmyadminmanager.
