Add Workshop Mods to Your ARK Survival Evolved Server
Learn how to install Steam Workshop mods on your ARK Survival Evolved dedicated server using Workshop IDs.
⚠️ Warning: This only works for Steam players. ARK Survival Evolved servers have no mod support for Epic Games players.
Getting Your Workshop Mod IDs
You need the Workshop ID for each mod you want to install. Browse all available mods on the ARK Survival Evolved Steam Workshop.
Once you find a mod, look at the URL. For example: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3070288532 -- the Workshop ID is 3070288532.
Installing Mods
Open the Startup Settings
Log in to the XGamingServer Panel and Stop your ARK server. In the sidebar, go to Startup.
Select the Mods Section
Select Mods.
Paste the Workshop ID
Paste the Workshop ID into the Mods field. For example: 821530042.
Start Your Server
Start your server. The mods will be downloaded and installed automatically.
💡 Tip: For multiple mods, separate each Mod ID with a comma. For example:
821530042,731604991
