Add AI Traffic to Your BeamMP Server
Learn how to spawn and configure AI traffic on your BeamMP dedicated server using the Traffic app menu.
Spawning AI cars on a BeamMP server works a little differently than normal freeroam. Here is how to add AI traffic using the Traffic app menu.
📝 Note: The maximum number of AI cars you can spawn is determined by the
Max Cars Per Playervalue. This can be adjusted in the game panel underStartup.
⚠️ Warning: If you have CobaltEssentials installed, it must be configured; otherwise, it will override this setting with a default value of 1 for normal players.
Spawning AI Traffic
Connect to Your Server
Connect to your BeamMP server.
Open the Traffic App
Press ESC and click UI Apps then Add App. Search for Traffic and select the Traffic app.
Close the Menu
Close the UI Apps menu.
Spawn AI Cars
Use the new Traffic menu on the left-hand side to spawn cars. You can set a speed limit, configure the number of cars, and set their AI Mode to Chase, Flee, Random, Traffic, and more.
💡 Tip: To close the Traffic menu later, navigate to
UI Apps, selectEdit Apps, then click the X on the Traffic menu.
