Connect to a BeamMP Dedicated Server
Learn how to connect to your BeamMP dedicated server using direct connect or the multiplayer server browser.
Connecting to a BeamMP server is straightforward, whether you are joining a private server via direct connect or a public server from the browser. This guide covers both methods.
Direct Connect (Recommended)
Get Your Server IP
Access the XGamingServer Panel and select your BeamMP server. Copy the server IP address from the sidebar.
Open the Multiplayer Menu
Launch BeamMP and click More then Multiplayer to open the Multiplayer menu.
Connect to Your Server
Select Direct Connect and enter the provided IP and port. Click Connect to join. The game will handle any required mod downloads.
Connecting Via Server Browser
📝 Note: You must set an AuthKey for your BeamMP server to appear in the server browser.
Launch BeamMP
Open the BeamMP launcher and let it start the game.
Open the Server Browser
Once the game is loaded, click More then Multiplayer and select Public Servers.
Join a Server
Select the server you wish to join and click Join to connect. The game will automatically download any required mods.
💡 Tip: If you are having trouble finding a specific server, try using the search bar at the top of the server browser.
