Updating the Server Name on Your CSGO Server
Change your Counter-Strike Global Offensive dedicated server hostname to customize what players see in the server browser.
Your server name (also called a hostname) is what players see in the server browser. Here is how to change it on your CSGO server.
Changing Your CS:GO Server Name
Open the Startup Page
Log in to the XGamingServer Panel and select your CSGO server. In the sidebar, go to Startup.
Update the Server Name
Find the Server Name setting and enter your desired server name.
Restart Your Server
Restart your server to apply the new name.
📝 Note: This setting will override anything you have manually set inside of
server.cfg.
