Satisfactory Server Config Generator
Generate server configuration with all gameplay settings
Satisfactory server hosting from XGamingServer — instant setup, DDoS protection, mod support, and 24/7 help. 30% off your first month.
Configure
[/Script/Engine.GameSession] MaxPlayers. Default 4; raise for bigger groups — each extra player needs more RAM/CPU.
NetServerMaxTickRate (applied to both IpNetDriver and EpicNetDriver). Default 30. Raising to ~60 can smooth very large factories but uses more CPU.
[/Script/Engine.Engine] NetClientTicksPerSecond. How often clients receive updates. Higher = smoother for clients, more bandwidth.
[/Script/FactoryGame.FGSaveSession] mNumRotatingAutosaves. How many autosave files to keep before overwriting the oldest.
[/Script/ReliableMessaging.ReliableMessagingTCPFactory] PortRangeBegin. The reliable-messaging port (added in 1.1). Default 8888.
InitialConnectTimeout / ConnectionTimeout on IpNetDriver. Raise if players time out while a large save loads on join.
[CrashReportClient] bImplicitSend=False — stops the server auto-sending crash reports.
FG.DisableSeasonalEvents in GameUserSettings.ini. Turn ON to keep seasonal content off your server year-round.

Satisfactory Dedicated Server Config Generator
Generate the two text config files a Satisfactory dedicated server actually reads — Engine.ini and Game.ini — for network/performance tuning, max players, autosaves and ports. Both files live in FactoryGame/Saved/Config/LinuxServer/ (or WindowsServer). Copy or download each file, drop it in that folder, and restart the server.
Set in the in-game Server Manager (not a config file)
These are configured from the Server Manager when you connect to the server in-game — they are not part of Engine.ini / Game.ini:
- Server Name, Admin Password, Player (join) Password
- Auto-Load Session Name — which save the server loads on boot
- Autosave Interval (minutes) — default is every 5 minutes (300s)
- Auto-Save on Player Disconnect and Auto Pause when empty
- Server Restart Interval — the hour of day the server restarts (it is a daily hour, not a gap)
- Network Quality and Send Gameplay Data (telemetry)
