Windrose has 13 hostile creature families across its procedurally generated Archipelagos, ranging from the low-tier Coastal Dodo (640 HP, no armor) to the endgame Savage Boar (2640 HP, 3+ attack set). This database pulls the exact combat stats from the game's datamined creatures.json — no community estimates, just the game-file values.

Each creature's card shows Health, Armor (flat damage reduction), Defence Power (scaling mitigation), Walk/Chase speed, Sight Distance + Cone Angle (how far they detect you), Aggro Radius (when they become hostile), and Respawn Timer. The "Spawn zones" count is how many locations that creature can spawn across a typical world layout (Savage Boar has 74 zones, Alpha Wolf only 11 — that's why Alphas are so rare).

Combat tips from the stats: Drowned family (91 spawn zones each) are the most common hostile — bring heavy armor for coastal exploration. Armored Drowned have 2000 HP + higher defence, requiring blunt weapons or broken-posture follow-ups. Alpha Wolves have the biggest sight (2200u) so stealth approaches fail — commit or kite. Savage Boars chase at 600u/s which beats most player sprint speeds, so you're fighting not fleeing.

What are the Drowned in Windrose?

Drowned are water-zombie hostiles with three variants: Standard Drowned (1760 HP), Armored Drowned (2000 HP, heavy hit reduction), and Swollen Drowned (1760 HP, AoE burst). All three have ~91 spawn zones so they're the most common enemy encounter. Target the Armored with blunt weapons.

How rare are Alpha Wolves in Windrose?

Alpha Wolves have only 11 spawn zones across a typical world — rarest hostile creature. They have 2240 HP, 25 armor, 2200u sight distance (biggest in the game), and Pack Alpha attacks that buff nearby Wolves. Hunt them for unique drops once you have endgame gear.
