When your server receives the java.lang.IllegalArgumentException error message, which states that the ChunkNibbleArrays must be 2048 bytes, but they are 0, it means that your world has been corrupted. This issue is frequently seen while switching server versions (for example, from 1.12.2 to 1.13.2) or server types (for example, from Forge to Spigot/Vanilla). When transitioning to an earlier version or between very different versions, the risk of getting this error increases. You should reset your server to resolve this issue!
