Is Arma Reforger crossplay?
Yes. Arma Reforger supports full crossplay between PC (Steam & Microsoft Store), Xbox and PlayStation 5 on the same server. A correctly-configured server lets PC, Xbox and PS5 players fight side by side in the same world.
The mod limitation (important)
There’s one big catch driven by platform policy: Console mod support has expanded over time: Xbox uses the in-game Content Workshop, and a 2025 update (1.4) added modded-server access for PS5 too (PS5 was excluded at launch). Support can still vary by mod and mod type, so check a specific mod lists your platform. So:
- Vanilla server → PC + Xbox + PS5 can all join.
- Modded server → PC, Xbox and (since Update 1.4, May 2025) PS5 can all join; some mod types may still be limited on console.
Decide early: a heavily-modded server means no PlayStation players. If you want everyone in, keep it vanilla or use only server-side settings.
Why console players need a hosted server
This is the key thing for mixed PC/console groups: console players can’t run their own dedicated server.
