Best Minecraft Bedrock Seeds (26.2)

A great world seed can save you hours of wandering. Instead of hoping a Woodland Mansion or an Ancient City eventually turns up, you can drop into a Minecraft Bedrock world that already has the structures and biomes you want a short walk from spawn. The seeds below are the strongest community-reported picks for the current-generation Bedrock world-gen that the 26.2 era corresponds to — the 1.21.x line (roughly 1.21.11 through 1.21.60).

One honest caveat before you start: every seed here is reported by the community for the specific version listed, not personally verified by us on your exact build. Minecraft world generation can shift between versions and differs between editions, so a seed can generate slightly differently after a major update, especially in chunks you have not explored yet. The safe habit is to paste the seed into a fresh, throwaway world first, fly out to the listed coordinates in Creative, and confirm the feature is there before you commit a survival run to it. Once you have found a keeper, you can play your favourite seed with friends on a Minecraft server and explore it together.

How to Use a Seed

Entering a seed (Bedrock): Start creating a new world, open the world-creation settings, scroll into the Advanced (World) section, and find the Seed text field. Type or paste the full seed code — including any leading minus sign — into that box before you hit Create. Leaving the field blank generates a random world. Seed codes can be positive or negative numbers; some sources also accept word or text seeds, but the numeric codes below are the canonical Bedrock values.

Finding your current world’s seed: In an existing world, type /seed in chat to display that world’s numeric seed. On Bedrock this requires cheats to be enabled for the world (and the command may need to be toggled on), whereas on Java /seed works in singleplayer by default. If you want the full command reference, see our Minecraft commands list.

Pale Garden Above a Lush Cave — 7033285223434367301

The Pale Garden is one of the hardest biomes to locate, so having one only a few hundred blocks from spawn is a real prize. On this Bedrock 1.21.50 seed the Pale Garden sits at approximately X:-297, Z:351, and it generates on top of a Lush Cave hill with the cave entrance around X:-328, Y:101, Z:395. That gives you both the eerie pale-wood aesthetic and glow-berry-lit cave resources in one spot.

Fast Route to the End — -187654702154128954

Speedrunners and anyone who wants an early Ender Dragon fight should try this one. A Stronghold with a guaranteed End Portal sits less than 1,000 blocks from spawn at X:680, Y:-24, Z:-513, and there is a Taiga village at X:646, Z:-467 to stock up on beds and supplies first. If you enjoy this style of world, our best Minecraft speedrun seeds guide has more fast-portal starts.

Deep Dark Loot Haven — 2860763516609799520

This Bedrock 1.21.60 seed clusters four Ancient Cities near spawn, with additional cities reported generating under a Pale Garden. One Ancient City sits at X:208, Y:-42, Z:120, and there is a Plains Village on the surface at X:99, Z:13 for a safe base. Bring plenty of Wool to muffle the Warden. For more of these, see our best Minecraft Ancient City seeds roundup.

Scenic Cherry Grove Start — -6738978898756439338

Two Cherry Grove biomes generate here alongside a large Plains Village and a Forest, making a picturesque, resource-rich beginner world. The Cherry Grove is right at X:0, Z:0 — effectively spawn — and the Plains Village is close by at X:-270, Z:190. Fans of pink petals should also browse our best Minecraft Cherry Grove seeds.

Mangrove Village & Trial Chamber — -2075298823559032272

A rare treat: a small farming village generating inside a Mangrove Swamp, complete with unusual vine-clothed villagers, at X:393, Z:158. A Trial Chamber waits nearby at X:295, Y:-13, Z:215 for combat loot and Trial Keys. If villages are your thing, our best Minecraft village seeds guide has plenty more.

Woodland Mansion Explorer — 8626575462801526351

Woodland Mansions are notoriously far-flung, so this Bedrock 1.21.50 seed placing one at X:673, Z:459 surrounded by Pale Garden pockets and multiple biomes is worth the trip. A Lush Cave ravine sits at X:561, Z:365 on the way. See more Totem-of-Undying hunts in our best Minecraft mansion seeds list.

More Standout Worlds

Seed 4378650023259970150 drops you on a coast with a coral reef ringed by three Desert Villages and three Desert Temples plus a shipwreck — dense structure loot, with a Desert Temple at X:219, Z:138 and a shipwreck at X:60, Z:-77. Seed 4942960352180798556 (1.21.11) has a repairable ruined Nether portal at X:-342, Z:67 that leads to a Basalt Delta, plus a second village at X:-301, Z:-160 for fast Nether access. Seed 1546777713678868492 — confirmed on both Java and Bedrock — spawns a safe, hostile-free Mushroom Island at X:115, Z:-208 in a warm ocean with a Bamboo Jungle coast and a distant village at X:-462, Z:-791; there are more in our best Minecraft Mushroom Island seeds guide. Finally, -9059123557419473814 is a stranded ocean spawn with tiny islands for a survival challenge, a shipwreck at X:-252, Z:108, and the nearest large desert landmass out at X:-949, Z:32.

Java vs Bedrock Seeds

This is the single most important thing to understand about seeds. Java and Bedrock use different world-generation code, so the same seed code produces different worlds on each edition. Biome layout is often broadly similar, but structure placement — villages, temples, strongholds, Ancient Cities and so on — usually differs, sits at different coordinates, or does not exist at all across editions. That is why you should only use seeds explicitly confirmed for Bedrock, and use the Bedrock coordinates listed above; a Java seed’s advertised features will not reliably appear at the same spot on Bedrock. Every seed here is sourced as a Bedrock seed, with one confirmed to work on both editions. For the Java-first crowd we keep a separate best Minecraft seeds collection, and this page has a companion best Minecraft Bedrock seeds hub.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do these seeds work on the latest Bedrock version?

They are reported by the community for the 1.21.x versions listed (1.21.11 through 1.21.60), which is the same current-generation world-gen the 26.2 article era refers to. A seed is most reliable on the exact version it was found on. A later update can shift generation for chunks you have not explored yet, so test on a copy first.

Why does a seed look different on my world?

Almost always it is an edition or version mismatch. Confirm you are on Bedrock (not Java), that you entered the full code including any minus sign, and that you are on a compatible 1.21.x version. Structures near already-generated chunks will not regenerate if you update mid-world.

How do I find the coordinates listed above?

Turn on the coordinate display (enable the Show Coordinates world option or use cheats) and the X/Y/Z readout appears at the top of the screen. Fly there in Creative to scout, then start your survival run once you have confirmed the feature exists.

Can I use these seeds on a multiplayer server?

Yes. Enter the seed when you create the server world exactly as you would in single-player. Running your chosen seed on a dedicated Minecraft server lets friends explore the same Pale Garden, mansion or Ancient City with you around the clock.

Where can I learn more about the loot I’ll find?

Structures like Trial Chambers, Ancient Cities and mansions are full of enchanted gear and enchanting materials. Our Minecraft enchantments list breaks down every enchantment so you know what is worth grabbing when you get there.
