How to control mob farms on your Minecraft server

Mob farms are popular in Minecraft servers but can cause performance issues and affect gameplay balance, this article will show you how to control your server’s mob farms and prevent them from causing performance issues!

How to configure the plugin?

1- Go to your server’s control panel and stop your server, then go to the “Files” tab, then head to this directory “home/container/plugins/FarmControl/config.yml” from here you will be able to control almost every aspect of the plugin

Commands & Permissions

  • /farmcontrol reload – Reloads the plugin’s configuration.
  • Permission: farmcontrol.command.reload
  • /farmcontrol status <world> – Shows the status of the given world.
  • Permission: farmcontrol.command.status
  • /farmcontrol history – Displays actions performed by the plugin in the recent past.
  • Permission: farmcontrol.command.history
  • /farmcontrol notify – Toggles notifications from the plugin.
  • Permission: farmcontrol.command.notify

Users will need the base command permission node, “farmcontrol.command.farmcontrol”, to access these commands.
