Wiping and Reinstalling Your Vintage Story Server
Learn how to completely reset your Vintage Story dedicated server to start fresh with a new world.
If you need to start over with a completely fresh server, this guide walks you through resetting your Vintage Story server.
Resetting Your Server
⚠️ Warning: This should only be used as a last resort. If you keep having issues, join our Discord and we will help you out.
Open Your Server Files
Access the XGamingServer panel and select your server. In the sidebar, go to Files.
Delete All Files
Delete ALL the folders and files so that Files has nothing left.
Reinstall the Server
In the sidebar, select Dashboard. Click Reinstall Server and wait for the installation to finish.
Your server will now be completely reset with a fresh world.
