How To Connect To Your Satisfactory Server

Learn how to join your Satisfactory dedicated server using the in-game Server Manager.

This guide will help you connect to your Satisfactory dedicated server. Unlike many other games, Satisfactory uses its own built-in Server Manager rather than a traditional server browser, so you'll need to add your server manually by IP address.

Connecting To Your Server

Find Your Server IP

Log in to the XGamingServer Panel and select your Satisfactory server. Copy the server IP address and port from the Dashboard.

Open Server Manager

Launch Satisfactory and from the main menu select Server Manager.

Add Your Server

Click Add Server. In the IP address field, enter your server IP and replace the default port of 7777 with your actual server port, then click Connect.

Example: If your server address is 198.137.23.46:7781, enter:

IP: 198.137.23.46
Port: 7781

Claim and Configure

If this is your first time connecting, you'll be prompted to claim the server and set an admin password. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the initial setup.

💡 Tip: If you're having trouble connecting, make sure your server is fully started and online before attempting to add it in the Server Manager. You can check the server status on your Dashboard.

📝 Note: You must always connect through the Server Manager, not the Join Game menu. Using Join Game will result in an encryption error.
