Palworld 1.0 added several new dedicated-server settings — most notably in-game voice chat and a full set of PvP options. This guide covers the new PalWorldSettings.ini options from the official Palworld server docs and how to enable them.
New: In-Game Voice Chat
1.0 adds proximity voice chat, which you enable in your server’s world settings:

Palworld 1.0 introduced PvP, controlled by these server options:

bAllowEnhanceStat_WorkSpeed— lets players allocate stat points to Work Speed.MonsterFarmActionSpeedRate— item-production speed multiplier from ranch/grazing.PhysicsActiveDropItemMaxNum— caps how many dropped items use physics (a performance lever on busy servers).PalEggDefaultHatchingTime— hatch time for a Huge Egg, in hours.
How to Change These Settings
- Open your server’s
PalWorldSettings.ini(underPal/Saved/Config/…/). - Add or edit the option inside the
OptionSettings=(...)line. - Save and restart the server.
