Tower Bosses are the story bosses of Palworld — giant, supercharged Pals piloted by the leaders of each faction. They hit hard, have enormous HP, and must be beaten within a 10-minute timer. This guide covers each tower boss in order, where to find it, and the element you should bring to counter it.

How tower boss fights work
Each tower pits you against a human boss and their giant Pal. A few universal rules:
- You have 10 minutes to win, or you’re kicked out.
- The boss Pal has massive HP — bring your strongest, well-fed, condensed Pals and plenty of healing.
- Use the pillars in the arena to break line of sight and dodge big attacks.
- Element counters are everything — the right type roughly halves the fight length.
1. Zoe & Grizzbolt — Electric (Level ~15)

The first tower, in the Rayne Syndicate Tower. Grizzbolt is an Electric type, so bring Ground-type Pals (which are immune-ish to its electric attacks) and you’ll have a big advantage. A great early benchmark fight — match its level first.
2. Lily & Lyleen — Grass (Level 25)

Found at the Free Pal Alliance Tower (around coordinates 181, 29). Lyleen is a Grass type, so bring Fire Pals to shred it — a Foxparks early or a stronger fire Pal makes this much easier.
3. Axel & Orserk — Dragon/Electric (Level ~35)

Located in the volcanic southwest (around -587, -517). Orserk is a dual Dragon/Electric type, so there’s no single clean counter — Ice or Ground Pals are your best bet, and Ground avoids its electric damage. Bring heat protection for the volcano.
4. Marcus & Faleris — Fire (Level 45)

On a rock formation in the Dessicated Desert (northeast). Faleris is a Fire type with around 146,000 HP, so bring Water Pals and fire-resistant gear. This is a serious DPS check — condensed, soul-boosted Pals make all the difference.
5. Victor & Shadowbeak — Dark (Level ~50)

The toughest of the original towers, in the PAL Genetic Research Unit in the freezing Astral Mountains (bring cold-resistant gear). Shadowbeak is a Dark type, so unleash your strongest Dragon Pals — Jetragon or a fully built dragon makes this winnable.
More towers in later updates
Palworld’s post-launch updates (including Feybreak) added further tower bosses beyond these five, with their own elements and locations. The same rules apply — check the boss’s element and bring its counter. The principle never changes: match the counter type, max out your Pal, and use the arena.
Build a counter for every tower
The smart move is to keep one strong Pal of each key element ready — a Ground, Fire, Ice, Water and Dragon Pal will counter every tower in the game. Power them up with our condensing and souls guide, and pick the best of each element from our tier list.
Take the towers down together
Tower bosses are far easier with a team splitting damage and aggro. A Palworld dedicated server keeps your world online 24/7 with full PC and Xbox crossplay, so your group can gear up and challenge each tower together.
