How to Use Admin Commands on Your Palworld Server
Learn how to set an admin password, become an admin, and use all admin commands on your Palworld server including kicking, banning, and teleporting players.
Admin commands let you manage your Palworld server directly from in-game chat. You'll need to set an admin password first, then log in as admin while connected to the server.
Setting an Admin Password
Open the XGamingServer panel
Access the XGamingServer panel and stop your Palworld server.
Go to Startup
In the sidebar, go to Startup.
Set the admin password
Under the Basic section, find Admin Password and enter the password you want to use.
Start your server
Start your server to apply the change.
Becoming an Admin In-Game
Connect to your server
Join your Palworld server as usual.
Log in as admin
Open chat with Enter and type /adminpassword YourAdminPassword.
You'll see a confirmation message when admin access is granted.
💡 Tip: All commands used in-game require a
/prefix. Commands entered through the serverConsoleon the panel do not need the/.
Admin Commands

/Shutdown [seconds] [message] | Shut down the server. Optional: delay in seconds and a message shown to all players |
/DoExit | Force-stop the server immediately |
/Broadcast [message] | Send a message to all online players |
/KickPlayer steam_[SteamID] | Kick a player from the server |
/BanPlayer steam_[SteamID] | Ban a player permanently |
/UnBanPlayer steam_[SteamID] | Remove a player's ban |
/TeleportToPlayer steam_[SteamID] | Teleport yourself to a player |
/TeleportToMe steam_[SteamID] | Teleport a player to your location |
/ShowPlayers | List all connected players with their IDs |
/Info | Display server information |
/Save | Force a world save |
/ToggleSpectate | Enter or exit spectator mode (press \ to switch views) |
📝 Note: To find a player's SteamID, press
Escand click on their name in the player list to copy their UserID, or type/ShowPlayersin chat.
