How To Transfer A Singleplayer Or Co-op Host Character To Your Palworld Server - Host Save Fix
Complete guide to transfer your co-op host character to a Palworld dedicated server using Palworld Save Tools.
This guide explains how to migrate your Steam or PC Game Pass co-op host character data to your XGamingServer Palworld server after uploading an existing co-op save. This process is commonly known as a "host save fix."
When you upload a co-op save to a dedicated server, the host player's character does not transfer automatically. You will need to create a new character on the server and then use a third-party tool to migrate your old host data to the new character.
⚠️ Warning: Any save modifications could possibly bring unintended consequences. Make a backup and do this at your own risk!
Please keep in mind that these tools may not function correctly after a Palworld update. Check when Palworld Save Tools was last updated before proceeding.
Prerequisites
Before starting, make sure you have already uploaded your co-op save to your XGamingServer Palworld server.
