How To Enable Or Disable Predator Pals On Your Palworld Server

Predator Pals are powerful area bosses that spawn throughout the world in Palworld. They provide challenging encounters and drop valuable rewards when defeated. Disabling them creates a more relaxed environment, while enabling them adds an extra layer of danger and reward for adventurous players.
How To Toggle Predator Pals
Open the XGamingServer panel
Access the XGamingServer panel and stop your Palworld server.
Go to Startup
In the sidebar, go to Startup.
Enable or disable predator Pals
Under the Gameplay section, find EnablePredatorBossPal and set it to:
- True - Predator Pals will spawn in the world, providing tough boss encounters with valuable loot.
- False - Predator Pals will not spawn, making exploration safer.
💡 Tip: If your server is focused on casual building and exploration, disabling predator Pals prevents surprise encounters that can wipe out unprepared players. For PvE challenge servers, keep them enabled.
Restart your server
Start your server from the Console page to apply the changes.
