How to use RCON Commands on Your Palworld Server
Complete guide to using RCON (Remote Console) on your Palworld server. Learn all the RCON commands for server management, player control, and remote administration of your dedicated server.
RCON (Remote Console) is a protocol that allows you to send commands to your server remotely without needing to be connected in-game. All XGamingServer Palworld servers support RCON, and commands can be sent directly through the server Console on the panel.
This is useful for managing your server, kicking or banning players, broadcasting messages, and performing shutdowns, all without launching Palworld.
Changing Your Palworld RCON Password
Open the Panel
Log in to the XGamingServer Panel and select your Palworld server.
Navigate to Startup
In the sidebar, go to Startup.
Set Your Admin Password
Under Basic, edit the Admin Password field with the password you want to use for RCON authentication.
Start Your Server
Click Start to launch the server with the new RCON password.
📝 Note: The Admin Password is also used for in-game admin commands. Changing it here updates both RCON and in-game admin access.
RCON Commands
Here is a list of all the Palworld RCON commands you can use from the server Console. To target non-Steam players, you must use their UserID. A UserID can be copied directly from the in-game player list menu.
