How To Reset Your Palworld Server

This guide shows you how to completely reset your Palworld server back to factory defaults. This will delete all world data, player data, configurations, and server files, giving you a completely fresh installation.
⚠️ Warning: This should only be used as a last resort. A full reset permanently deletes everything. If you just want a new world without losing your configuration, see our Start New World guide instead. If you keep having issues, join our Discord and we will help you out.
Resetting Your Server
Access the Panel
Log in to the XGamingServer Panel and select your Palworld server.
Delete All Server Files
In the sidebar, go to Files and delete all folders and files. The file browser should be completely empty when you are done.
Reinstall the Server
Go to Dashboard in the sidebar. Locate the Reinstall Server option and click it. Wait for the installation to finish. This will download a fresh copy of the Palworld dedicated server.
Start Your Server
Once the reinstall is complete, click Start on the Console page. Your server will boot up with a brand new world and default configuration.
📝 Note: After reinstalling, all your
Startupsettings will be reset to their defaults. You will need to reconfigure any custom settings such as server name, password, max players, and gameplay options.
